Ways to Give

Tennessee G.E.M.S. (Giving Every Month Supporter) is the United Kidney Foundation's dedicated community of monthly donors who are committed to creating lasting change in the fight against chronic kidney disease (CKD). Like a precious gem, each member's ongoing support represents something valuable, enduring, and impactful.

By joining Tennessee G.E.M.S., donors help provide year-round kidney health education, community screenings, patient support programs, caregiver resources, and awareness initiatives across Tennessee. Monthly giving ensures that UKF can respond to community needs consistently, expand outreach efforts, and reach more individuals at risk for kidney disease before it becomes life-threatening.

Why Monthly Giving Matters

A monthly gift may seem small, but its impact grows over time. Predictable monthly support allows United Kidney Foundation to:

  • Fund free kidney health screenings and educational programs.

  • Increase awareness of CKD risk factors and prevention.

  • Support patients and caregivers with critical resources and information.

  • Expand outreach into underserved and high-risk communities.

  • Build sustainable programs that create long-term health outcomes.

As a Tennessee G.E.M.S. member, you are not simply making a donation—you are investing in hope, healing, health, and healthier futures for thousands of Tennesseans affected by kidney disease.

Become a Tennessee G.E.M.S. member today and help turn compassion into lasting impact, one month at a time.
